If you no longer have the phone number you used for your Bank Verification Number (BVN), you will not receive the OTP sent. However, we have made it easy for you to still verify your account.
When you enter your BVN, go ahead and click send code (even though you will not receive the code since you no longer have access to the phone number).
The system expects you to enter the code sent to the phone number but if after 3 to 5 mins and you do not enter the code, it will provide you with a "didn't get OTP" option.
Click on it and Level 2 will be waived for you, and you can proceed to submit Level 3.
Please note that since level 2 was waived for you, you will be unable to withdraw or send funds until your Level 3 verification is approved.
